From time to time, recruiters will work with their clients to offer a credit in the form of hours. I.e. We will credit the Client 12 hours as they don't feel the Candidate truly worked those 12 hours. The following article covers how to Credit the Client for these hours.

Before you begin...
You will need the following information from the recruiter requesting the credit prior to issuing a credit to the customer:
- Placement ID
- Period End (or Period Ends)
- Total Hours by Earn Code (REG, OT, DT)
How to Issue a Credit
Credit the Billable Charge
- Navigate to the Placement Record
- Open the Billable Charges List
- Select Create Billing Charge
- Complete the Billable Charge Details
- Period End Date - Today's date (or the date in which the credit is being created)
- Placement - This will autopopulate with the corresponding Placement
- Billing Profile - Provided the correct Billing Profile has already been associated with the Placement, this will autopopulate. Otherwise, please identify the correct Company Billing Profile and append it to the charge.
- Product/Service Code - This can be left blank
- Description - Please enter a brief description summarizing the Credit (reason or request)
- Period End Date - Today's date (or the date in which the credit is being created)
- Add the Billable Charge Transaction
- Earn Code - Depending on the hours you are crediting, please select either REG, OT, or DT
- Date - The same date entered for Period End Date
- Quantity - Enter the amount of hours to be credited (ensuring it is negative)
- Bill Rate - Enter the Bill Rate of the hours to be credited
- Earn Code - Depending on the hours you are crediting, please select either REG, OT, or DT
- Select Save
- Navigate to the Placement Record
- Generate the Invoice Statement
- Finalize the Invoice
