    1. While adding a Placement for a 2nd Retainer, please complete the following mandatory fields in these sections

      1. Basic Information: 

        1. Retainer #

        2. Retainer Search Type

          1. What type of Retained search is this one that you are booking?

        3. LOB

          1. Line of Business

        4. Branch Name

          1. Name of the Branch location you are assigned to

        5.  Work Structure

          1. Will the role be Onsite, Hybrid, Remote?

  1.  Installment/Retainer Details

    1.  While adding a Placement for the 2nd Retainer, please complete the following mandatory fields in this section:

    2. Installment/Retainer Details:

      1. Commission Fee Amount

        1. Enter the Commission Fee Amount for the Retainer Installment #2

      2.  Commission Fee Amount (Same As Above)

        1. Enter the Commission Fee Amount on Retainer Installment #2 again - exactly the same as the previous field. 

      3. Commission 100%

        1. Enter 100% in this field as this is the % of Commission for this Installment - this will default to 100% if the values in the 2 previous fields match

      4. Under/Over Allocation of Commission

        1. If you are holding back $5,000 (for example) from Commission for the Final installment then you would enter $5,000 in this field when entering the 2nd Retainer.

      5. Retainer Billed Amount

        1. The Total Fee Amount billed to the Customer for Retainer #2

      6. Retainer Invoice Date

        1. The Date that you want Accounting to invoice Retainer #2

  2.  Final Installment Details

    1. While adding a Placement for a 2nd Retainer, please do not complete any fields in this section except:

      1. Placement Start Date

        1. You will enter the same date in Placement Start Date as in the Retainer Invoice Date field.

There is a Placement validation in Bullhorn across the enterprise that will not allow you to save the Placement if you do not complete this field.
