Log into Bullhorn Time & Expense with your admin login.

 

Once on the Homescreen, click “Tasks” and “VMS Exchange”

A new window will open with the Homescreen of VMS Exchange:

  1. File Activity – This will be the default tab on the Homescreen. All of the files that are successfully processing will appear in this tab.

  2. Template Name – The “Template Name” will default to all. All of the configured Customers will be listed in the dropdown and can be narrowed down in the filter.

  3. Status – This will default to “Unprocessed”. The ability to filter on “All” and “Processed” is also available.

  4. Date Range – The default will be the current week. Date ranges can be modified.

  5. Filter – Once all of the columns have been updated, you must click filter for the list to populate with the new filter options.

  6. Missing Files – When a file does not appear under the “File Activity” tab, it will appear under the “Missing Files” tab. This tab houses all of the records that have errors within the file that need to be corrected.

  7. Upload File – This button is used when a file needs to be manually uploaded into the system. The template must match the VMS tool that is being used.

  8. Export to Excel – The file activity can be exported to Excel using this button.
