All Candidate applications now come back into Idibu which is accessed through a custom tab on the Job record in Bullhorn. If the job was posted through Idibu to our website or any available job board, all applicants will flow back to Idibu and the individual who posted the job will receive an email notification that they have a new Candidate to review.
Step 1: Navigate to the Job in Bullhorn that the Candidate applied to and click the "Idibu" tab
Step 2: Idibu uses a Traffic Light system for you to review and move Candidates as you wish. By using Idibu as a Candidate Application review tool, we eliminate Candidate profiles that we do not want being created in Bullhorn.
After you review the Candidate by clicking their name and reviewing their information and resume, you will choose the option of where you want them to go:
Yellow Plus Sign = Candidate record is auto created in Bullhorn but they are not moved to Submission on the Job (This would be used if they are a good Candidate and potentially placeable but are not a fit for this Job)
Red X = Candidate record is not created in Bullhorn and the application remains in Idibu but nothing transfers to Bullhorn
