1. The Bowling Alley shows the pages that you opened.          Bullhorn will automatically close a record if a new record from the same record type is opened.                                                                      For example: If I have Brandon's candidate record open, if I go in and open Josie's candidate record, it will automatically close Brandon's. To prevent this from happening, you can pin the record.

2. Open Bullhorn

3. Open Record 1

4. Click on the pin

5. Open Record 2

6. Since record 1 is pinned, both candidate records stay open in the bowling alley
