All Candidate applications now come back into Idibu which is accessed through a custom tab on the Job record in Bullhorn. If the job was posted through Idibu to our website or any available job board, all applicants will flow back to Idibu.

Green Checkmark = Candidate record is auto created in Bullhorn and the Candidate is moved to Submission on the Job

Yellow Plus Sign = Candidate record is auto created in Bullhorn but they are not moved to Submission on the Job (This would be used if they are a good Candidate and potentially placeable but are not a fit for this Job)

Red X = Candidate record is not created in Bullhorn and the application remains in Idibu but nothing transfers to Bullhorn
