A variety of existing data is leveraged in the AI-assisted personalized message, such as:
- The opportunity: job title, responsibilities, location, salary, workplace type, employment type, seniority, etc. for messages with job context. If there is no associated job post found within the project, the AI model will first check the project context (project metadata, like title, location, etc). If there is no project information found, we will infer information about the opportunity based on the candidate’s current position.
- Good fit: prioritized skills/skill match with job title, experience, past companies/roles, past interest in company, past applications, open to work, current/past schools, etc.
- Recruiter/Company/Team background: recruiter info, company info, culture, values, etc.
When you click the Compose icon associated with a candidate, you'll see a button that says Draft personalized message. Clicking on this button will draft a personalized message specifically for that candidate in the Compose Message window. Once the message is drafted, you can send the message, or edit the content and then send it.
You can also customize the inputs into the AI-model to generate a message that contains the information you want. Once you've generated an initial message, you can click Personalize the message where you can decide the order of the sections in the message and the specific elements to include in each section. After you update the specifications you'd like, you can click Draft again to generate a new message.
You’ll be able to provide feedback on the AI-assisted message directly in the Compose Message window. You can indicate if the AI-assisted message performed well (thumbs up) or poorly (thumbs down). If you select poorly (thumbs down), a window will open where you can provide additional information that will help to improve the AI-assisted message generation model.
You can check the performance of AI-assisted messages in the Recruiter InMail report. To view the InMail report from your Recruiter homepage, click Reports and select InMail from the dropdown.
