The Likelihood of Interest feature will help you and your colleagues identify these candidates, summarizing and highlighting key interest signals in one place, informed by job-seeking activities, InMail activities, and company info, such as Open to work, Active talent, and Interested in your company.
The Likelihood of Interest feature is located on the candidate profile card in the Interest row.
In the Interest row, you can see two levels of interest:
- High likelihood of interest (in green) - calling out talent with a high likelihood of interest (top 30%).
- Moderate likelihood of interest (in gray) - calling out talent with a moderate likelihood of interest (top 70%).
Likelihood of Interest summarizes and highlights key interest signals:
