What does this Automation do?
Placement - Based: At the end of Week 1 of the placement, Automation will send a Check-In text to the Candidate asking to provide feedback on the Onboarding Experience and how their first week is going. If the text message bounces, the candidate will be sent the engagement through email.

5 Days after Start Date, first email is sent. Reminder sent 2x, 2 days apart. Once the Survey is filled out, any unsatisfactory responses (score of a 7 or less) will trigger a notification to be sent to Josie. Josie will loop in the assigned desker, MD and/or Producer.
