Change Request: Status Change
1. Click Actions -> Add Change Request

2. Complete Change Request Type

3. Click on Status Change

4. Select Requested Placement Status

5. Select Requested Termination Reason

6. Add Fall Off Date

7. Add a Change Request Summary (If Applicable)

8. Change the Status
Make sure to select the same option as the change request status

9. Add a Termination Reason
Make sure to select the same option as the requested termination reason

10. Change the Scheduled End Date (If Applicable)
Make sure to select the same date as the fall off date

11. Add DWG Consultant Support on ANY Change Request
