Scorecard

The Scorecard report includes a Sales and Recruiting view. The reports allow the user to view summarized data for a contributor against targets.  Both views summarize activity and financial performance results and trends, filtered by Contributor, Job Type, and date. 

End to End Reporting

The End-To-End Ops report is a graphical representation of every step of the sales, recruitment, placement, onboarding, payroll, billing, and collections lifecycle beginning with lead generation and candidate interviews, through placement, payroll, invoicing and receivables.  Data is color-coded red, blue, and green at of every step in the lifecycle indicating if activities and financials are aligned to targets.  Users are then able to drill into the individual report behind each measure identify areas where activities and financials are falling short, meeting, or exceeding goals as they relate to the overall activity and financial goals of the organization down to the organization unit.  This report is filterable by Organization Unit, Position Type and date range.

The Sales Activity report provides a comprehensive overview of all measures, trends and ratios related to the procurement of new client leads, tracking client meetings, the creation of new positions, and the disposition of new positions from candidate present through start.

Client Meetings

The Client Meetings report provides a comprehensive overview of all completed and scheduled client meetings by Company, Meeting Type, Contributor, and Organizational Unit within a selected time period.

Recruiting Activity

The Recruiting Activity report provides a comprehensive overview of all measures related to the candidate recruiting and the placement process from candidate interview to initial candidate present through start. 

Open Orders

The Open Orders report is an overview of open orders within a selected date range by Client, Organization Unit, Job Type, Contributor, and Age Category. 

Order Performance

The Order Performance report is a summary of order fulfillment effort results, order activity speed, and order efficiency performance.

The Starts and Ends report is a summary of contractor starts and ends and the financial impact of contractor starts and ends that occur within the selected date range.

The Perm Placements report is a summary of all direct hire placements, conversions, and associated placement fees filterable by Company, Organization Unit, Contributor, and date range.

Weekly Flash 

The Weekly Flash report provides a comprehensive overview of the prior thirteen-week period.

Gross Profit
