The Scorecard
report includes a Sales
and Recruiting view. The
reports allow the user to
view summarized data for a
contributor against
targets. Both views
summarize activity and
financial performance
results and trends,
filtered by Contributor,
Job Type, and
date.
End to End Reporting
The End-To-End Ops
report is a graphical
representation of every
step of the sales,
recruitment, placement,
onboarding, payroll,
billing, and collections
lifecycle beginning with
lead generation and
candidate interviews,
through placement,
payroll, invoicing and
receivables. Data is
color-coded red, blue, and
green at of every step in
the lifecycle indicating
if activities and
financials are aligned to
targets. Users are
then able to drill into
the individual report
behind each measure
identify areas where
activities and financials
are falling short,
meeting, or exceeding
goals as they relate to
the overall activity and
financial goals of the
organization down to the
organization unit.
This report is filterable
by Organization Unit,
Position Type and date
range.
