February 2023 - Tech Updates
1. Candidate Custom Card
We have created a custom card on the Candidate record in Bullhorn. This card will display on the main Candidate overview screen up to the last 5 Placements the Candidate has had w/ DeWinter/Maris along with the corresponding Termination Reason.
If you are unable to see this card in Bullhorn on the Candidate record, please click "Layout" on the far right side of your screen.

You will then select "Cards" and ensure that the "Recent Placements" box is checked

This will visualize the card on your Candidate overview screen in Bullhorn and you can drag it wherever you like.
Here is an example of a Candidate who has their 5 most recent Placements listed on the Recent Placements card.

You will notice some data not updated with a Termination Reason or Incorrect End Dates - please notify the Support team as you find these (support@dewintergroup.com) and they will assist you in updating the data so that it reflects correctly. This is due to Termination Reason not being required prior to October 2022 and our continued joint efforts to ensure accurate End Dates are captured as they occur.
2. Candidate Record Updates in Bullhorn
The Candidate record in Bullhorn has been streamlined to provide ease of use and enhanced capability to capture and update data in a very efficient manner.
The biggest change is the introduction of the Candidate Screening section where we have aligned Candidate information that is captured or updated into one area.


You will also notice a few new fields:
Candidate Blasts - please check Yes if this Candidate agrees to receive email or text blasts for new opportunities as you speak to them or update their information. You can use this field as a filter in the Candidate list view, as you have more data, to send information about jobs via email or text message (Bullhorn Text Messaging)
Proven Performer - if you would like to manually update this field with any known Proven Performers (Consultants who have successfully worked with DeWinter in the past) that you would like to filter quickly in search results, please feel free to edit their Candidate record and mark them "Yes." Beginning on Feb 13, 2023, an automation will automatically fill out this field based on successful completion of assignments.
3. Job Track (Contract & Direct Hire) Updates in Bullhorn
The Contract/Contract to Hire & Direct Hire Job Track records in Bullhorn have been streamlined to provide ease of use and enhanced capability to capture and update data in a very efficient manner. Data has been grouped together to "flow" better in and more logically in data capture and updates.
You will notice a few new fields there as well that your LOB will go over with you specifically. For example: Pay Rate High/Low & Bill Rate High/Low fields. Pay Rate Low/High capture allows us to comply easily with the California pay transparency act as jobs are posted externally as this information can be easily transferred to job postings.
4.Bullhorn Text Messaging
Bullhorn Text Messaging is fully functional for all field users.
