Power BI Data Refresh

  • Power BI has been updated to refresh data 2x/day. 

    • The data will refresh daily by 1:00 pm PT and again at 1:00 am PT.


Job Status Automation - Closing a Job in Bullhorn

    • Jobs can no longer be closed in mass from the List View in Bullhorn due to the need to capture the reason the Job has been closed.



Job Application Automation

  • All applicants to job postings on our websites (dewintergroup.com & mariscg.com) now receive an application acknowledgement email. Previosuly, there was no acknowledgement of application or outline of potential next steps.

Bullhorn Field Updates (Perm Only)

  • Candidate record: All text in the Quick Skinny field has been moved to the Candidate Overview field (at the top) and the Quick Skinny field has been retired

  • Job record: The Priority field on the Job record has been removed. Please utilize the Status field on Jobs moving forward.



Bullhorn Calendar Tool

  • Bullhorn Automation’s calendar integration feature allows recruiters to efficiently schedule meetings with Candidates and Sales Contacts without the need for third-party tools. 

    • We will be working with those that currently have Calendly to replace those first and then will open it up to others after that as it will require you to block time on your calendar that you are open for calls (if you choose to use this)

  • A very nice feature of this Calendar tool (that the free version of Calendly does not have) is the individual who is trying to schedule a meeting with you, with 1-click, can overlay their calendar with yours and see joint availability to schedule the meeting. 

  • Each user has a personal Calendar Settings page. Here you can reconfigure the calendar settings such as Meeting Title, Location, and Availability, based on your personal preferences. The settings here apply only to your calendar.



New Required Field on the Placement in Bullhorn: Consultant Laptop Required

  • There is a new field required on all Placements called "Consultant Laptop Required"

    • This field will let Operations know when the Placement is made if the Consultant needs DeWinter to provide them with a laptop. It also helps us to ensure that we are not getting requests last minute and the Consultant has what they need on Day 1.

      • This is not an open invitation to provide equipment to Consultants, this should only be marked "Yes" if the client has requested that we provide equipment to the Consultant and this has been approved by your MD.

        • As a standard practice, DeWinter Group does not supply laptops to Consultants



2 New Bullhorn Automations are Live!

  • When a Placement is created, the Consultant receives an automated email from the Job Owner introducing them to the Support Team and outlining next steps.

  • Automation to change a Candidate Status from Placed back to Available when the Assignment ends. (Contract Only)
