December 2022 - Tech Updates

1. The Hub

The Hub - DeWinter's internal site for everything happening at the company as well as direct access to:

Moving forward, The Hub will be the default webpage that opens when you open a new tab in Chrome.

If you want to navigate to another site, just type in the URL bar what you are searching for and google will return results for you as normal.

Important Note: We have also included a webform for you to turn in any support ticket you need by selecting what your issue is from the drop down menu. The issue will route to the appropriate team for resolution.

You never need to remember the email address to send to again - just create a ticket using the webform, attach any docs or pics and send!

You can repeat this with any tab that you want to "auto open" when you launch Chrome.

4. Opting Out of Bullhorn Email Notifications (Candidates/Contacts)

  • When a user opts out of Bullhorn email notifications, it is a process to get them reinstated to those notifications. Our Operations team internally does not have access to do it, we have to request through Bullhorn and their Support team has to manually opt them back in.
This is informational only, we just want you to be aware that this is not a flip of a switch and we are not in control of the timeline to get a Candidate or Contact opted back in to email message delivery from Bullhorn.
