When you click on an email address within BullHorn or another web-based SaaS application, is it redirecting to a new Gmail email? If not, here's what you need to do. 


  1. Open Chrome Browser and click More Settings.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click Advanced.
  3. In the Privacy and security section, click the Right arrow  next to Site Settings.
  4. Under Permissions, click Additional Permissions and then the Right arrow  next to Handlers.
  5. Turn on Allow sites to ask to become default handlers for protocols (recommended).
  6. Open Gmail in your Chrome Browser.
  7. In your browser’s address bar, click Service handler .
  8. Click AllowDone.
  9. Return to the Handlers section (please refer to steps 1-4 to return)
  10. Click the More buttonnext to Gmail
  11. Select "Set as Default"
