Billable Charges are automatically created for Contract, Direct Hire, and Retained placements.

A Billing Specialist may want to create a Billable Charge manually for a number of reasons:

  • Invoicing a one-off item that's not in Bullhorn Time & Expense.

  • Billing an expense report, permanent placement, or supplemental charge such a drug screen.

  • Create an invoice without a preceding billable charge.

This article contains information on how to manually create and edit billable charges.
