Moving Billable Charges from an Incorrect
Company to a Correct Company
If a
billable charge was created
under the incorrect company,
the following steps can be
taken to move the billable
charge to the correct billing
company.
Billable
charge must be in either in a not ready to pay or ready to pay status.
On the Job record, update the Company associated with the Placement to the correct billing company and save the record.
On the Placement record, update the incorrect billing profile to the correct billing profile and save the record.
Using the binoculars next to the billable charge you wish to update, open the billable charge.
Select the correct billing profile and save the record.
Your billable charge should now reflect the correct company and you can now invoice as usual.
Deleting a Billable Charge
Users
cannot delete Billable
Charges. Instead, they may Mark
the
Billable Charges as
Unbillable.
